MAHSHIKO Food truck was born with the aim of introducing a variety of Korean cuisine to Vancouver, starting with the soul food of Koreans: Bibimbap and Deep Fried Chicken. Bibimbap is a traditional Korean rice bowl dish featuring seven different fresh vegetables cooked in various styles, four different proteins (beef, pork, chicken, and tofu) to cater to our customers' preferences, ensuring a perfectly balanced meal rich in nutrients. Furthermore, we reinterpret the popular Korean-style Deep Fried Chicken to offer a crunchier and juicier version, aiming to captivate the taste buds of our customers.
